The TOMRA Sorting Digital Team is developing TOMRA Insight as a new digital offering to our customers in Recycling, Mining, and Food. TOMRA Insight connects to our sorters at our customer’s sites, collects operational data, and provides a web-based customer portal.  In this area we are seeking the support of a student worker to research, define and design support content and communications for the portal.

Your Tasks

  • Plan and Develop content such as Videos, Texts and Infographics with a specific focus on platform support content
  • Liaise and coordinate with other business stakeholders for information gathering, validating new concepts/ideas and use their feedback for improvements
  • Work closely with the Digital Product Owner to Organise and Schedule content for release to the portal on a 3-weekly basis
  • Manage updates in the existing content as and when necessary
  • Formulate customer communication in the form of Release Notes

Your Profile

  • Education in Language and Communication, Marketing, Digital Learning or similar
  • Excellent writing and creativity skills
  • Proficient with primary MS office tools
  • Fluent in English (native level)
  • Ability to develop content for several medias
  • Flexible, Good communicator with a hands-on mentality and the ability to work independently
  • Team-oriented work ethic
  • Positive and constructive attitude


  • Previous work experience
  • Project management skills
  • Experience in or ability to work with creative digital tools such as Photoshop
  • Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics or Hotjar
